With nearly two years of experience working at Anderson Vet Clinic, Brooklyn brings a hands-on approach to her work in breeding and raising sheep, particularly with Babydoll Southdowns. She actively participates in showing and exhibiting these animals at the county, state, and national levels, showcasing her dedication to her craft and passion for animal husbandry.
Brooklyn’s creative and innovative decision-making skills have made her a valuable asset to both the veterinary clinic and her farm. Whether working alongside experienced veterinarians and technicians or managing her farm’s breeding program, Brooklyn is always learning and staying up-to-date on best practices in animal care.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Brooklyn has a strong background in agricultural youth programs, having shown animals through 4-H and FFA. Her love for animals extends beyond work—at home, she enjoys spending time with her mini dachshund, Scooter, her boyfriend Josiah, and their son Jasper.
